Terms of Service

PixelForm Studio is an independent 3D-printing design studio. The site offers original 3D-printable models as downloadable STL and 3MF files, a browser-based customizer for personalizing selected models, printing guides, and custom design quotes by email. We may add, update, move or retire models and features over time.

• Free models can be downloaded by anyone, without an account.
• Premium models (marked ⭐) can be downloaded only by active PixelForm Plus members.
• Each model page lists the files included (STL and/or 3MF) and their size. File formats work with common slicers, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every printer, slicer or material.

Unless a model page says otherwise, every download — free or Premium, and every file you generate with the customizer — comes with a personal, non-commercial license: you may print unlimited copies for yourself, your household and gifts, and scale or adjust them for printing.

Commercial use, such as selling physical prints, is not included in any download or in PixelForm Plus. It is allowed only with our separate written permission. See the License page for details.

Our models, files, images, guides and site design are owned by PixelForm Studio and protected by copyright. A license lets you use a design; it does not transfer ownership. You may not:

• share, upload, sell, rent or give away the digital STL/3MF files (including customized files) on any website, marketplace, file-sharing service or chat group;
• sell physical prints without our written permission, or mass-manufacture our designs;
• claim our designs as your own, remove attribution where requested, or imply that PixelForm endorses your shop or product;
• use our files or images to train or build datasets for machine-learning models.

Sharing photos of your own prints is welcome. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email us with the details and we will review it promptly.

• Anyone can personalize and preview customizer models for free. Downloading the generated STL or 3MF is a PixelForm Plus benefit.
• The customizer runs in your browser and generates files on your device. Text and options you enter are not uploaded to our servers.
• You are responsible for what you enter. Do not use names, logos, trademarks or text you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful or harassing.
• Results depend on your inputs, device and browser. Preview the model and check dimensions before printing.

A free account (email and password) is optional for free downloads. You need one to subscribe to PixelForm Plus. Please give a real email address, keep your password private, and tell us about any unauthorized use. One account is for one person; do not share a Plus account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the site, and we will tell you why where the law requires it.

• What you get: downloads of all Premium models, downloads of your customized files from the customizer, and an ad-free site, as listed on the Membership page.
• Price: $4.99 (USD) per month, plus any tax shown at checkout. The amount on the checkout page is the amount charged.
• Billing: Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and merchant of record. It processes your payment, issues receipts and invoices, and handles sales tax or VAT. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Download and customization limits: we do not currently set a numeric limit on Premium downloads or customizer downloads. Membership is for your personal use; automated mass downloading or sharing your access with others is not allowed. If we ever introduce a limit, we will announce it on the Membership page before it applies to you.

• PixelForm Plus renews automatically every month on your billing date until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time with Manage subscription on the Membership page. Plus stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.
• If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will retry it. Plus may end if payment cannot be collected.
• If we change the price or the Plus benefits, we will tell you before your next renewal so you can cancel first. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Contact us at hello.pixelform@gmail.com if you want a refund, for example if you were charged by mistake or a Plus feature did not work and we could not fix it. We review every request fairly and handle it together with Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under its refund policy. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

You keep every right to withdraw from a purchase, cancel or get a refund that the consumer protection laws of your country give you. Where the law allows the right of withdrawal for digital content to end once a download has started, it ends only if you agreed to that when you started the download.

• Don't abuse forms, scrape aggressively, bypass download or membership checks, or try to disrupt the site.
• Follow your printer and filament manufacturers' safety instructions. 3D printing involves hot surfaces, moving parts and fumes; ventilate your space and supervise children and pets.
• Don't use models for load-bearing, food-contact, medical or other safety-critical purposes. Our designs are decorative and organizational and are not engineered or certified for those uses. Test functional prints such as hooks and shelves gradually.

We work to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates, provider outages or reasons outside our control. The customizer needs a reasonably modern browser and enough device memory; very complex options may be slow or fail on some devices. If a problem prevents you from using Plus benefits you paid for, contact us and we will help or make it right.

Custom work is quoted individually before it starts. Requests are non-binding inquiries, not orders, and nothing is charged until you agree to a written quote. Timelines, revisions and license terms are confirmed in writing for each project.

Models are provided for hobby printing, and print results depend on your printer, settings and materials. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, failed prints, damaged printers or the misuse of printed objects. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly by email. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, it will be handled by the courts and under the laws that apply to it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts or use an available consumer dispute-resolution body.

We may update these terms as the site changes. We will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the site before they take effect. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can stop using the site and cancel PixelForm Plus before they apply. See also our Privacy Policy.
