Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
PixelForm Studio ("we", "our") runs hellopixelform.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It describes the site as it works today; where a feature is planned but not yet active, we say so.
1. Information we collect
- Messages you send us: the contact and custom design forms do not send data to our servers. They open your own email app with your message filled in, and we receive it only if you send that email.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) and content delivery network (Cloudflare) process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps to deliver and secure the site.
- Visit statistics: we keep our own anonymous visit counts, stored with Supabase: the page viewed, file downloads, the time, and your country (derived by our host from the request). We do not store your IP address; to count unique visitors per day we keep only a one-way hash that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked across days or back to you. No cookies are used for this.
- Membership accounts: if you join, we store your email address, display name and a securely hashed password with our authentication provider, Supabase. Supabase keeps you signed in through browser storage. We never see your password in plain text, and we do not take payments.
- Data stored in your browser: your sign-in session and drafts of forms are kept in your browser's storage. You can delete them at any time by logging out or clearing site data.
- Customizer: the customizer generates files inside your browser. The text you type is not uploaded.
- Administrators: site administrators use the same Supabase login; published model data is stored in Supabase.
2. How we use information
- To deliver pages and files, keep the site secure, and fix errors.
- To reply to emails you send us.
- To create and secure your membership account.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not currently send newsletters or marketing email.
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
We have applied to show ads through Google AdSense, and the AdSense code is installed on this site. Ads appear only after Google approves the site. Once ads are shown:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info (or youronlinechoices.eu in Europe).
- Other ad vendors and networks certified by Google may also serve ads. Their cookies are covered by their own privacy policies.
- Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. Cookies and consent
The site itself uses browser storage only for the features described above and does not set analytics cookies (the visit statistics above are cookie-free). Advertising cookies are set by Google and its partners once ads are shown. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent for ads is collected through Google's certified consent message (managed in our AdSense account) before personalized ads are served, and you can change your choice through that message. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Service providers and retention
We rely on Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (domain and network), Supabase (database, file storage and account login) and, once approved, Google AdSense (advertising). These providers process data on our behalf or under their own policies. We keep emails you send us only as long as needed to answer them.
6. Your choices
- Clear data stored in your browser at any time (browser settings → site data).
- Opt out of personalized ads using the links in section 3.
- Contact us at hello.pixelform@gmail.com to ask about, correct or delete information you sent us, or to delete your membership account.
7. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. 3D printers have hot and moving parts — children should print only with adult supervision.
8. Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Questions: hello.pixelform@gmail.com.
