Terms of Service

1. What we provide

Free 3D model files (STL/3MF), printing guides, a browser-based name plate customizer, and custom design quotes by email. We may update, move, or discontinue content at any time. We do not sell anything on this site and do not process payments.

2. Downloads and licenses

Each model lists its license. By default, free downloads are for personal, non-commercial use: print for yourself, your family, and gifts. Selling physical prints requires our separate written permission (see the Commercial License page). Redistributing or reselling the digital STL/3MF files themselves is never allowed.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse forms, scrape aggressively, or attempt to disrupt the site.
• Don't misrepresent our designs as your own or remove attribution where requested.
• Don't use models for unsafe applications (load-bearing, food-contact without proper materials, medical, or safety-critical uses) — our designs are decorative and organizational, not engineered for those purposes.

4. Custom design requests

Custom work is quoted individually before it starts. Requests are non-binding inquiries, not orders. Production timelines, revisions, and ownership transfer are confirmed in writing per project — by default you receive a personal-use license unless a commercial add-on is agreed.

5. Accounts

Membership is free and optional — downloads and the customizer work without it. If you join, provide a real email address, keep your password private, and tell us about any misuse. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site. Paid plans are not available, and we do not process payments.

6. Printing safety

3D printing involves hot surfaces, moving parts, and material fumes. Ventilate your space, follow your printer and filament manufacturers' safety instructions, supervise children and pets, and test functional prints (hooks, shelves) gradually under load. You print and use models at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The site and files are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PixelForm Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, failed prints, damaged printers, or misuse of printed objects. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
